For those of you not in the know, on the Mac, Textmate is hands-down, the editor of choice for Ruby on Rails. My friend recently told me that there are 41,000 copies sold to date. I've known for a while that I'm one of the first buyers of Textmate, but I'm actually much cooler than I thought.

So while I have the 9th copy of Textmate, I'm actually the second purchaser of Textmate, and I have the dubious distinction of being the first tech-poser to drop cash on it. I mean, I blog with it. That's pretty cool, right? Guys?
