Futures Indicator on Housing
I've finally found a method to go short on housing.
Housing futures started trading this spring. Unfortunately, because of low trading volume, and short trading history, there are no indicators of accuracy - but it's worth a look. 7.2% drop predicted in SF by August next year. Holding off on a home purchase might not be a bad idea.
